UFC boss Dana White reveals unbelievable weight loss after being given 10 years to live

UFC president Dana White has revealed an amazing body transformation and says he feels like he’s 35 again after recently being given 10.4 years to live by a DNA analyst.

The 53-year-old posted a gym snap to Instagram on Monday in which he appears very lean with a six-pack and muscular physique.

White revealed that he has been on a ketogenic diet and that the health transformation has only taken 10 weeks and he’s dropped around 13kg.

‘I feel like I’m 35 years old again. Swear to god, I feel like I’m 35 again,’ said White on the Action Junkeez podcast.

‘I did everything he said to the letter. I lost 30 pounds, my legs were so f****d up thirteen weeks ago I couldn’t tie my shoes.

‘No more sleep apnea [now], I don’t snore, everything is gone in ten f*****g weeks.’

White made the change after recently consulting with Gary Brecka of 10X Health Systems, who has supposedly found a way to predict your death date based on your blood and DNA samples.

‘This guy can take your blood and your DNA and tell you when you’re going to die, and they’re right within a month,’ said White.

‘I connect with this guy, and they come in and they do my blood work and they scrape the insides of your cheeks to do your DNA.

‘So, he calls me [and says] I’m going to come out personally and walk you through your blood work. He ends up coming out, he sits down for three and a half hours and goes through my blood work.’

White explains he had a shock when told how many years he was told he had left.

‘I’m all f****ed up. Everything that can be bad can be possibly bad. He gave me 10.4 years to live,’ he said.

‘This was 16 weeks ago and he said to me ‘If you don’t change these things, this is your life expectancy.’ He told me everything that was wrong with me, s*** I hadn’t even told my wife.

‘And he says, ‘If you do everything I tell you to do for the next ten weeks it will change your life.’ I did everything he said to the letter, and I lost 30lbs.

‘Everything is gone in ten f***ing weeks, I have been working with doctors for ten years and they haven’t been able to do anything,’ said White.

White’s impressive health results have led to many encouraging comments, with broadcaster Laura Sanko writing: ‘That’s amazing, well done.’

Heavyweight boxing champion Tyson Fury reposted the photo on his own account, saying: ‘Wow Dana White is looking fantastic. Hard work pays off. Go get it people.’

Some scientists have cast doubt on the accuracy of DNA tests like the one White undertook.

Dr Arthur Caplan, a bioethicist at NYU Langone Health, says that providing a time as specific as 10.4 years is irresponsible as no one can tell the future that accurately.

While these types of results may scratch a morbid itch some have, they are not reliable for people that are not elderly or suffering from a severe chronic condition.

Dr Hank Greely, a genetics and neuroethics expert at Stanford University, compared these tests to palm reading – and says they ‘almost certainly’ are inaccurate.

TOP SPIN: England smash host of records as they pummel Pakistan in opening day of first Test

England’s 506 for four from just 75 overs was the most runs they have made in a day’s Test cricket, beating their 503 for two on the second day against South Africa at Lord’s in 1924.

It was also the most runs any team have made on the first day of a Test, beating 496 by Australia against South Africa at Sydney in 1910-11.

Never before had they boasted four centurions on the same day, and only twice before have they managed four in the same innings – against West Indies at Lord’s in 2007 and Australia at Trent Bridge in 1938.

It is the first time four of their top five have made a century in the same Test innings.

England have never made more in the first session of a Test than their 174 here – beating 169 against Australia at Trent Bridge in 1938.

Zak Crawley made the fastest Test hundred by an England opener, from 86 balls – nine faster than the second of Graham Gooch’s centuries against India at Lord’s in 1990.

Crawley has now taken part in the three fastest century stands for England’s first wicket, all in the last six months. The first two were with Alex Lees – off 19.5 overs against India at Edgbaston, then 17.2 against South Africa at The Oval. With Ben Duckett on Thursday, it took just 13.5.

Crawley’s partnership of 233 with Duckett was England’s highest for the first wicket against Pakistan, beating 198 between Bob Barber and Geoff Pullar at Dhaka in 1961-62.

It was also England’s highest opening stand anywhere since December 2004, when Andrew Strauss and Marcus Trescothick began with 273 against South Africa at Durban.

Harry Brook’s 80-ball hundred was the third-fastest for England, behind Gilbert Jessop (76 balls against Australia at The Oval in 1902) and Jonny Bairstow (77 against New Zealand at Trent Bridge in the summer).

Brook was also the first England player to hit six fours in a Test over.

Liverpool will get no ‘gifts’ from Dortmund over Jude Bellingham, their managing director reveals

Borussia Dortmund’s managing director Carsten Cramer has warned Liverpool not to expect any ‘gifts’ in their pursuit of England star Jude Bellingham.

Jurgen Klopp’s side have made the 19-year-old their top transfer target next summer, with the talented teen set to spark a £130million bidding war with Premier League rivals Manchester City, Man United and Chelsea all reportedly interested in him – along with Real Madrid.

But while Kramer accepted Dortmund have good connections with Liverpool, especially after Klopp’s spell in charge of the Bundesliga side from 2008 until 2015, it would not necessarily benefit the Merseysiders in their pursuit of Bellingham.

Cramer told Vietnam News: ‘We have a high sympathy for Liverpool for sure.

‘We are still in a good relationship with Jurgen and many others at Liverpool, so for me, it’s my preferred club in the EPL as well. But don’t expect that we will make gifts to Liverpool.’

Bellingham’s performances at the World Cup have highlighted why the 19-year-old has been such a coveted star, and the rumours about his path to the Premier League have been rife, despite his contract at Dortmund lasting until 2025.

It has sent the former Birmingham City star’s value skyrocketing – something that Liverpool have said they cannot compete with, if richer clubs want Bellingham that badly.

Dortmund’s managing director, who has been in the role since 2018, accepted that Bellingham’s value is likely to be linked to his nation’s continued success in Qatar.

England were unbeaten on their run to the top of Group B, and they are now preparing for a last-16 clash with Senegal on Sunday night.

Cramer said: ‘Maybe there is a success existing between Jude Bellingham and (England’s) success in the World Cup.

‘He has a contract. I’m a sales person regarding commercial business, but not regarding the player’s business.

‘We are happy to have him on board a hundred percent and the longer Jude will play for us, the better it will be.’

Without their World Cup stars, Dortmund lost 2-1 in a friendly to the Vietnamese national side on Wednesday, conceding a 90th minute penalty to seal their fate.

Dortmund currently sit sixth in the Bundesliga table, and will not return for competitive fixtures until January 22.

Luis Suarez refuses to apologise for handball that sent Ghana out of 2010 World Cup

Luis Suarez has refused to apologise for deliberately stopping a goal-bound ball with his hands during Uruguay’s 2010 World Cup quarter-final with Ghana.

Suarez was asked about the incident – which denied Ghana an extra-time winner and ultimately sent them crashing out of the 2010 tournament – during his press-conference earlier today.

Instead of apologising for his actions, Suarez blamed Asamoah Gyan for missing the subsequent penalty and said their exit from the tournament was not his fault.

A Ghanaian journalist raised the topic during Thursday’s press conference ahead of Uruguay’s final Group H clash with Ghana.

The reporter said that people in Ghana regard him as ‘the devil himself’ and that they look forward to retiring him.

Suarez responded to the comment by saying: ‘The first time, I don’t apologise about that. I take the handball – but the Ghana player miss a penalty, not me.

‘Maybe I apologise if I injure a player but in this situation, I take a red card, the ref say penalty, it’s not my fault.’

All the painful memories from 12 years ago have come flooding back for Ghana as they are set to face Uruguay one the World Cup stage once again.

On Friday, the Africans will take on the South Americans knowing a draw should be enough to take them through at their rivals’ expense.

Additionally, it is a chance for revenge after their dramatic 2010 quarter-final in South Africa was eventually won on penalties by La Celeste.

Ghana came close to scoring an extra-time winner during the game in 2010 but Suarez once again displayed the lengths he is willing to go to win by punching a header off the line.

Suarez was duly sent off as a result of his actions and Ghana were handed a penalty. However, Gyan missed his spot-kick.

Suarez’s celebration added to Ghana’s misery as he jumped for joy before heading down the tunnel.

The game ultimately went to penalties and it was Uruguay who emerged victorious – winning 4-2 after Sebastian Abreu, Andres Scotti, Mauiricio Victorino and Diego Forlan scored their spot-kicks.

Nevertheless, the handball during the game left a bitter taste for a heartbroken Gyan — and nation — and placed Suarez firmly in the role of public enemy No 1.

Declan Rice insists England haven’t got ‘the credit we deserve’ after finishing top of their group

Declan Rice has claimed England have not been given enough credit for progressing through their group with relative ease at the World Cup.

England got off to a flying start in Qatar by thrashing Iran 6-2 in their opening match, but were then held to a dire 0-0 draw by USA, prompting criticism from fans.

They bounced back to swat aside Wales 3-0, securing their spot in the last 16 as group winners, and Rice believes the team deserves praise for navigating the first stage of the tournament with minimal fuss, while other nations such as Argentina and Germany have slipped to surprise defeats.

‘There’s been a lot of shocks in this tournament. You can’t take anything for granted,’ Rice said in a press conference on Thursday.

‘That’s why we are doing so well. We aren’t getting the credit we deserve. There could have been a banana skin for us in any of our three games but we did well in all of them.

‘You are seeing big nations lose. We have never been in a situation where we feel under pressure. We have always felt in control of our group.’

Senegal await England in the first knockout round after finishing second in Group A.

Having lost their first game against the Netherlands, Senegal beat Qatar and Ecuador, and they are expected to provide England with their toughest test to date.

Rice is relishing the prospect of playing knockout football at a World Cup for the first time, and has backed himself to raise his game as the pressure ramps up.

‘When you play bigger teams your level starts to go up,’ he continued.

‘They are the biggest games you want to play in and they are the games that get remembered for ever. And when that moment comes, I will be ready.’

England’s Declan Rice says ‘you only get one career’ amid speculation the West Ham star could LEAVE

Declan Rice has strongly hinted at his desire to move away from West Ham in the summer as he looks to further his career.

The 23-year-old has been a key part of England’s run to the last-16 of the World Cup, but in his latest press conference from the Three Lions training camp, he’s revealed bigger hopes for the next stage of his career, including Champions League football.

West Ham captain Rice told reporters he’s been saying for years that he may consider an exit from the London Stadium. Rice said: ‘I’ve been playing consistently well for the club. I feel like I really wanna keep pushing.

‘I see my friends here, who are playing Champions League, winning the big trophies. You only get one career. At the end of your career, you want to look back at what you’ve won and the biggest games you’ve played in. I’m really ambitious, and I really want to do that.’

The England camp includes friends such as Mason Mount, who plays for Chelsea. They formed a bond when Rice was a youth player at the Blues, before switching to the Hammers when he was released at the age of 14.

Rice has spent his entire senior career with West Ham, rising to become club captain, and helping them to the Europa League semi-finals in his debut European campaign last season.

But is thought that he would like to experience the top tier of European club football, something that West Ham are unlikely to achieve, currently sitting 16th in the Premier League.

Rice was part of the England set-up that were runners-up in the European Championships last year, and has started all three of England’s matches so far in Qatar.

The Three Lions are currently working ahead of their first knockout fixture, when they face Senegal at the Al Bayt Stadium on Sunday evening.

Cricket fans go wild as Harry Brook scores an incredible SIX fours in an over in Pakistan Test

Harry Brook put Pakistan’s attack to the sword in the first Test in Rawalpindi as the England batter hit a remarkable six fours in a single over.

The No 5 had already started to up his strike rate prior to the 68th over, but when Saud Shakeel came on for his second over, Brook decided to put his foot down on the accelerator.

As Shakeel struggled to find his length, Brook took full advantage, stroking him through the covers when he over-pitched, and then rocking onto the back foot and pulling him away when the ball was too short.

The final ball of the over was dragged down, and Brook blasted it through mid wicket to the boundary to make it 24 runs from the over.

As he ran down the pitch, a huge grin came across his face, before the camera cut to captain Ben Stokes on the balcony who could not contain his disbelief at Brook’s brutal hitting as he burst out laughing. Fans were equally impressed.

‘No way did Harry Brook just hit six 4’s in an over! Brutal,’ one fan wrote on Twitter.

‘That was so much fun, thank you Harry Brook,’ another supporter added.

Brook was also part of England’s T20 World Cup-winning squad, and impressed during England’s T20 series in Pakistan prior to that tournament.

He is still in the infancy of his international career, but fans are already convinced he is the real deal.

‘Harry Brook is a special player,’ one wrote on social media.

‘We’ve been saying it a long time over this side of t’hills, Harry Brook is a born superstar,’ another agreed.

Another supporter also saw the funny side to Brook’s assault on Shakeel’s bowling, using the famous Peep Show meme alongside the caption: ‘Six fours Harry? Six? That’s insane.’
