Love Island’s Faye Winter teased a potential engagement to Teddy Soares as she tried on huge sparkling rings at a Tiffany event on Friday.
The former estate agent, 27, jokingly put pressure on her beau, 26, as she said to him: ‘If you love me, you’ll buy me one!’
At the Tiffany and Co. exhibition Faye – who has just marked her one-year-anniversary with the hunk – shared some behind-the-scenes clips.
In the video she said: ‘So today we’ve come to the Tiffany and Co. exhibition courtesy of Fendi and now we’re going to go look at engagement rings for me!’
Teddy then jokingly tried to run away but as she playfully pulled him back she said to him: ‘If you love me, you’ll buy me one.’
The TV star replied with: ‘I love you but you’re going to give me a heart attack.’
Faye then pointed out: ‘It’s only the price that’ll give you a heart attack. I’m gonna get my ring, guys. I’m gonna get my ring.’
The reality star then sat down with her nervous partner as she tried on enormous engagement rings with a jewellery adviser.
Teddy looked sheepish as he watched the beauty wearing a gold ring with the huge sparkling rock on her finger as she showed her fans the jaw-dropping jewellery online.
Smiling, Faye said: ‘I think I kind of suit it you know, it looks great’ as she panned the camera over Teddy.
He confessed, ‘it does look good’, before she took the jewellery off and returned it to the exhibition.
It comes after earlier this week Faye made a dig at Love Island contestants who she believes aren’t solely entering the dating show to find love.
Referencing islanders who enter the villa with management already set up, the season seven finalist explained ‘They know what they’re going in there for’.
But assuring she went in with her eye on one thing, she detailed that she ‘got exactly what I went in there for’ after placing third with beau Teddy.
Talking on FUBAR Radio, Faye expressed her concerns over contestants applying to the show for fame, as she explained: ‘Some people have already gone in there with management.
‘They’re already setting up deals. So, they already know what they’re going in there for.
‘I went in there with 1000 followers, I took a sabbatical from work, I was like ‘I’m coming back.’ And then I was obviously in there for eight weeks,’ continued the star as she detailed her own journey.
And moving on to her own successful Love Island story, Faye explained how thankful she was to the show as she met boyfriend Teddy there.
Sharing: ‘I came out with exactly what I went in there for. And it’s weird because that’s what people always say to me “Oh my god, you and Teddy” and I’m like when we went in there, we were from completely different sides of the UK, and we never would have met. So, we have to give everything and every thanks to Love Island.’
The star’s comments came after ITV were forced to deny claims that staff were arranging deals with talent agents to represent contestants before they had even taken part in the show.
