Adam Sandler looks sharp on the Toronto set of You Are SO Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah!

Adam Sandler was pictured working on the Toronto set of You Are SO Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah! on Wednesday.

The 55-year-old performer appeared to be enjoying his time on the set of the forthcoming feature, during which he was joined by his costar Idina Menzel.

The upcoming comedy feature is currently set to make its debut on Netflix.

Sandler kept it classy in a beige suit and a matching pair of pants during his time on set.

The Punch-Drunk Love star also rocked a lavender tie, as well as a white shirt and a matching yarmulke while he worked on the movie.

Menzel — who previously played Sandler’s wife in his acclaimed thriller Uncut Gems — opted to wear a light blue pinstripe pantsuit and a stark white button-up shirt.

The Tony-winning actress, 51, cut her beautiful brunette hair short and styled it closely to her head.

Development on You Are SO Not Invited To My Bat Mitzvah! was previously revealed last month.

The movie is based on Fiona Rosenbloom’s novel of the same name, which was originally published in 2007.

The film will be centered on a young girl whose plans for her bat mitzvah go comically awry.

In addition to Sandler, the movie will star Luis Guzman and Sarah Sherman.

The Hotel Transylvania franchise lead is also set to serve as one of the movie’s producers.

His daughters Sadie and Sunny, 16 and 13, respectively as well as his wife Jennifer, are all set to appear in the movie.

Physical production on the forthcoming feature previously commenced earlier in the summer.

You Are SO Not Invited to My Bat Mitzvah! currently does not have a scheduled release date.

The movie will also serve as the latest installment in a multi-picture deal Sandler previously inked with Netflix.

The actor’s production company, Happy Madison, previously worked out an agreement with the streaming giant in 2014.

Under the deal, the performer has since produced features such as Hubie Halloween, The Ridiculous Six and Hustle.

Socialite Poppy O’Neil Tzaneros lists her $3.25 million Woollahra terrace on the market

Poppy O’Neil has listed her terrace in Sydney’s Woollahra for sale for $3.25million, six years after purchasing the property.

The Sydney socialite purchased the home for $2.1 million back in 2016, The Sunday Telegraph reported.

The stylish home was built in the 1890s and features three bedrooms over three levels on a 120sqm block.

The home features two newly renovated bathrooms and a rear studio apartment.

The home will go under the hammer on September 10.

Poppy and her husband Anthony Tzaneros will be moving into a $7.45 million in Sydney’s Bellevue Hill.

Society sweetheart Poppy is the daughter of former yachtie Denis O’Neil and wife, Charlotte.

Anthony is a member of the founding family of the giant port logistics firm ACFS.

The couple will soon welcome a baby boy after tying-the-knot in a traditional Greek ceremony in October 2020.

The couple spared no expense, celebrating in a New York Met Gala-themed event.

The pair had their reception at upmarket restaurant Rockpool, which reportedly cost $10,000 per head.

The wedding party continued with guests later boarding the super yacht, Quantum.

Shia LaBeouf gets handsy with partner Mia Goth as they spend time with their newborn baby

Shia LaBeouf looked very comfortable with his partner Mia Goth on Saturday as they strolled with their newborn baby near their home in Pasadena, California.

The Peanut Butter Falcon actor, 36, was wearing a straw hat, LA Rams T-shirt, shorts and slide sandals with socks as he and Mia, 28, enjoyed a couple of green smoothies.

The couple welcomed their baby earlier this year, but have not commented on the child’s name, gender or birthday.

The British actress looked comfortable in a pair of black leggings and sandals.

The Emma star was braless and wore a lavender crop top.

As they stood chatting for a moment in front of a shop, The Tax Collector actor reached beneath Mia’s shirt.

He was also spotted toying with the front waistband of Mia’s leggings.

Though he appears blissful in his relationship with Mia, the actor is currently being sued by his former flame FKA Twigs, 34.

The singer has accused Shia of abuse, claiming he knowingly gave her a sexually transmitted disease, as well as verbally, mentally, and physically abusing her during their relationship which lasted from summer 2018 to spring 2019.

Recently the Tears in the Club singer reportedly got into a loud verbal dispute with another of Shia’s exes, Margaret Qualley, 27, at the Bel Air Hotel in Los Angeles.

It’s unclear what the cause of the alleged argument was, but an insider has claimed FKA twigs hoped Margaret would be willing to testify in the lawsuit against Shia.

The Maid star, who briefly dated Shia in 2021, has indicated she believes the singer’s accusations against her ex.

When asked about writing ‘Thank you’ on a social media post of the September 2021 cover of Elle magazine in which the singer, whose real name is Tahliah Debrett Barnett, made her accusations, Margaret told Harper Bazaar ‘It was important to me for her to know that I believe her — and it’s as simple as that.’

Shia and Mia began seeing each other in 2012. They tied the knot in Las Vegas in 2016, but divorced two years later, and Shia was involved with both FKA Twigs and Margaret during that time.

Shia and Mia reconciled sometime after the Honey Boy actor and Margaret broke up, but have not re-married.

The trial for the sexual abuse lawsuit is set to begin April 17, 2023.

Alicia Keys hosts cosmic skating event at Rockefeller Center after concert in NHY

Alicia Keys ruled the roller rink on Friday night as she hosted a cosmic skating event at Rockefeller Center after performing for a second night at Radio City Music Hall.

The 41-year-old singer-songwriter bared some skin in a small white crop top while skating around with her husband Swizz Beatz and their 11-year-old son Egypt, along with the rest of her concert crew.

Big gold necklaces dangled down from Keys’ neck as she traversed the hardwood floor in a pair of blue skates with red laces.

She added a pair of pale high-waisted blue jeans to the relaxed ensemble with large holes on the knees.

Holding onto Egypt’s hand, the mother-son duo made several loops around the rink as a unit.

Before revealing her skintight tank top, the My Boo singer sported a custom letterman jacket themed around her tour.

A huge keyboard sprawled across the front of the coat along with the image of a large eye, along with patches of yellow and gray. ‘Keys’ was spelled out on the front of it.

Alicia’s hair was tied back into a long ponytail and braids framed the sides of her face. For some added flair, she wore thick glasses at the fun-filled event.

The rink was bathed in bright red light for part of their time on the rink, and Keys danced with her friends throughout the night.

The New York native’s roller rink adventure came after her second show at Radio City Music Hall on Friday night. Keys promoted her shows at the hallowed venue earlier in the week by videotaping herself on top of the concert space’s marquee.

The Girl on Fire singer showcased her cleavage and toned tummy in a skimpy beaded bra top as she wielded a selfie stick.

She styled the unique garment with a pair of light wash high-waisted jeans that had paint splatter on the thighs.

Keys wore her braided hair in a low ponytail with several braided strands left out to frame her face.

As for accessories, the hitmaker rocked a pair of large gold hoop earrings and a matching chain necklace.

Her complexion had a noticeable glow as she beamed down on the fans gathered out front of the iconic venue.

With her cellphone secured in a handheld tripod, Keys delivered several sultry poses before taking a moment to capture video of herself atop the building.

A number of onlookers stood down on the street across from the 15-time Grammy winner as she stood above the marquee.

At one point, Keys gave her loyal fans a wave and blew a kiss toward them.

Keys’ performed at the nearly 90-year-old venue on Thursday evening, as well as Friday, before continuing her world tour in Toronto, Canada.

Manu Feildel reveals he thought his TV career was over after My Kitchen Rules was axed in 2020

Manu Feildel has admitted he thought his TV career was over when he was dropped by Channel Seven in 2020 after Plate of Origin flopped in the ratings.

The celebrity chef, 48, told The Daily Telegraph’s Confidential, he was shocked when he received a call from the network for the upcoming season of My Kitchen Rules.

‘I thought that was it. We stopped MKR three years ago, we did Plate of Origin and then Covid happened, so I lost my job at Channel Seven,’ Manu explained.

‘I thought perhaps this is the end of my TV career, and so move on and do something else.’

‘Then suddenly I got the call from Channel Seven saying we are coming back and I was like “wow”,’ he added.

MKR had once been a ratings juggernaut for Seven, but its popularity nosedived in recent years as viewers flocked to Channel Nine’s Married At First Sight instead.

In 2020, its eleventh season drew an average of 500,000 metro viewers per episode.

At its height in 2014, the fifth season had attracted an average audience of 1.891 million across the five major cities.

The cooking show was previously hosted by Manu, Pete Evans and Colin Fassnidge.

In April it was announced that home-cooking sensation Nigella Lawson would replace Evans as a judge on a revamped new season of My Kitchen Rules.

The best-selling author is travelling around the country with Manu as they critique a new batch of passionate home cooks.

It came after Channel Seven’s cooking show Plate of Origin’s flopped in the ratings.

Only 335,000 metro viewers tuned in to watch the finale – the lowest figure of an already disappointing season.

Insecure star Denise Dowse passes away at age 64 after battling ‘viral meningitis’

TV veteran Denise Dowse has passed away at the age of 64 after battling a ‘virulent form of meningitis.’

The Insecure star’s death was confirmed by her sister Tracey Dowse, who penned a touching tribute to the ‘illustrious actress, mentor and director’ on Instagram Saturday.

TMZ revealed earlier this week that Denise was ‘fighting for her life’ and was in a coma that was not medically induced.

‘I want to take this moment to thank our friends and family for all of the love and prayers. It is with a very heavy heart that I inform everyone that my sister, Denise Dowse has gone forward to meet our family in eternal life,’ Tracey wrote.

She included a snapshot of her sister beaming during a recent red carpet event, where she could be seen flashing a wide smile.

Tracey continued: ‘Denise Yvonne Dowse was the most amazing sister, a consummate, illustrious actress, mentor and director. She was my very best friend and final family member.

‘Denise loved all of you. I know that she is watching over us with all the love she has.’

Tracey asked her friends and followers for ‘privacy and your continued prayers’ and noted that she would ‘provide, at a later time, her Celebration of Life information’ on her Instagram.

‘Again I am so grateful for all the calls, text messages, direct messages, and silent prayers for my sister. We could not have made it so gracefully and painlessly without all of the prayer warriors around the world Thank you for giving so selflessly. I love you, Tracey,’ she concluded.

Tracey was the one who revealed on Instagram last week that Denise was at an undisclosed hospital after battling with a ‘virulent form of meningitis.’

She stated in the caption that the coma was not medically induced and asked for ‘support and prayers’ at this time.

Tracey shared a message to fans on both Denise’s Instagram account and her own, writing: ‘As many of you have seen, my posts have been positive and up lifting. I am trying to keep my spirits up and support those who need it. As many of you know I am a private person. So this is hard for me.’

‘I am requesting support and prayers be offered me and my sister, and my only immediate family @denisedowse.’

‘She is currently in the hospital in a coma brought on by a virulent form of meningitis. Her doctors do not know when she will come out of the coma as it was not medically induced,’ she added.

Tracey wrapped up the caption writing that her sister should have ‘many years ahead of her.’

‘She is a vibrant actor and director that should have many years ahead of her. Thoughts, prayers and support are greatly appreciated.’

Meningitis is an inflammation of the protective membranes covering the brain and spinal cord, which can be caused by a bacterial or viral infection.

Denise is known for her impressive career, with her recurring TV roles including Dr. Rhonda Pyne in HBO’s Issa Rae series Insecure, from 2017-2020, as well as The Guardian and Beverly Hills, 90210.

Her film roles include Coach Carter, Ray, and Requiem for a Dream.

She also directed the upcoming film Remember Me: The Mahalia Jackson Story, starring Vanessa Williams, Corbin Bleu, Keith David and Columbus Short.
