She’s been dating NRL star Braith Anasta since early 2016.
And on Thursday, Rachael Lee shared a sweet birthday tribute to her NRL star fiancé, who just turned 39.
‘Happiest birthday to my best friend @braith_anasta,’ wrote the 33-year-old model.
Rachael accompanied the sweep caption with a gallery of photos of herself, Braith, and their children together.
Retired NRL star Braith proposed to Rachael in October, after four years together.
And last week, the bride-to-be revealed that she has officially begun planning their big day.
Taking to Instagram, the brunette beauty shared snaps of herself while trying on a glamorous gown by Sydney-based designer J.Andreatta – the designer behind Jasmine Stefanovic’s wedding dress.
‘Dressing up with J.Andreatta. 2020 for wedding planning. Can’t wait to see my three little babes all dressed up too! Excitement,’ she captioned the post.
In the pictures, Rachael stunned as she posed in the elegant princess-style gown with white straps.
The frock also featured a corset-like bodice with delicate floral detail that showed off her curves.
Rachael’s post comes after she revealed that she is planning to marry her fiancé next year.
In an Instagram post, she asked her followers advice on wedding venues and location ideas, writing: ‘We’re not planning on becoming husband and wife until sometime in 2021.’
The bride-to-be also revealed that she and Braith are currently considering hosting their wedding on a ‘Greek Island.’
The couple share daughter Gigi, one, while Braith has a daughter Aleeia, five, with ex-wife Jodi Anasta, and Rachael Lee has son Addison, eight, from a previous relationship.
Former Home and Away star Mat Stevenson's transgender daughter, Grace, has shared her incredible glow-up on TikTok.
Grace posted a series of images that spanned from her childhood to present day.
The social media star explained her glow-up happened 'well into her transition' and told fans to 'be patient' because maturity doesn't happen overnight.
'My glow up started after [high school] WELL into my transition. Be patient, girlies #foryou #glowup #trans #lgbt #shapeshifter,' she captioned the post.
The slideshow began with a photo of Grace as a child dressed up in a pink and red skirt with a purple fluffy halo.
This was followed by a series of photos of her as a child in her school uniform and into high school, when she began to wear makeup and grew out her hair.
The last photos showed her after her high school graduation, looking glamorous in makeup and feminine outfits.
The TikTok post comes after Grace and her father, actor Mat Stevenson, appeared on The Sunday Project to discuss her gender transition.
Mat, who appeared on Home and Away in the '90s, spoke to host Lisa Wilkinson about how his friends had reacted upon learning his son was transitioning.
He said that while some were 'pretty seamless' and 'got it', others struggled. He asked his skeptical friends to simply 'show some empathy'.
Grace knew she was meant to be female as early as the age of 'four or five', and began transitioning at the age of 12.
She consulted doctors, psychologists and experts in the field for a year before commencing any physical treatment.
'I came out at 12 and then I went through a gradual transition until I was 14, to grow my hair out, to get my name change sorted, to sort out my blockers,' Grace told Lisa.
'And then by the time I was 14, I was fully presenting as Grace to the public and at school.'
When asked how his male friends reacted to news of his daughter's transition, Mat said: 'Some of my mates were pretty seamless, they got it. Some couldn't get it.
'I'm a member of the local cricket club. One of the boys came up to me and said, "Stevo, I just, I don't get it, mate. I just don't get it." I said, "It's okay, buddy, you don't have to get it. All I'm asking you is to love my daughter and show some empathy."'
Grace, who has become a TikTok sensation with 130,000 followers, said she would not be where she is today without her father's support.
Mat also highlighted the shocking suicide rate among transgender teenagers, saying he didn't want his daughter 'to become one of those statistics'.
'Sadly in this country, we have a really high adolescent suicide rate and it's a tragedy. Trans-adolescents are 36 times more likely to self-harm, to commit suicide,' he said.
'There's a distinct correlation between lack of support and self-harm. I didn't want my daughter to become one of those statistics.'
Mat became a household name when he starred on Channel Seven soap Home and Away in the '90s, playing the role of Adam Cameron.

Just months after their latest split in September, Flipping Out star Jeff Lewis has revealed he has broken up with boyfriend Scott Anderson, yet again.
The 50-year-old real estate speculator and designer revealed on Monday's episode of his Sirius XM program that they have split for the fourth time, seemingly for good.
Lewis explained that while he would typically try to fix what's broken right away, he simply didn't have the 'energy' to fight for the relationship anymore.
He began that the break-up happened on Thursday, while Anderson was waiting for him to finish up some work.
'He was like, "Can I talk to you?" I sat down and he's like, "I love you and I'm in love with you but I can't commit to this relationship,"' said Lewis, with a laugh.
'Then it was followed by a lot of irrational, unorganized thoughts. Almost like he was trying to justify things, but it was very irrational,' Lewis added.
Among these 'irrational, unorganized thoughts' were Lewis was working too much, plus, 'you never go on vacation, your house is so busy, it's like communal living.'
Lewis responded, 'Well, we're in a pandemic, we can't really vacation right now and even if we weren't in a pandemic, I just had 2 major surgeries in the last 3.5 months. I'm not really doing that.'
Other complaints were that Lewis' life was 'too big,' and while Lewis typically would try to fix everything right away, he didn't do that this time.
'Normally, I jump in, 'Let's talk about this, let's go to therapy." I have to say, I'm so exhausted from my own stuff I was like, "Okay, I understand,"' Lewis said.
'I just kind of let him walk out the door. I don't have the energy to fight for it. This is the fourth time this has happened, I can almost plan it to the calendar,' Lewis said, adding he was, 'mad for maybe 48 hours, but now I feel sorry for him.'
Lewis and Anderson started dating in March 2019, just after Lewis had split with Gage Edwards after a 10-year relationship.
The couple's first split happened in June 2019, but they got back together and went to couple's counseling.
Their second split happened in May 2020, before they reconciled and split again in September 2020 before their fourth and seemingly final split on Thursday.
Lewis admitted that in previous split he, 'reacted badly' and at times he 'made things worse,' though that was not the case this time.
'This has everything to do with [Scott], this has nothing to do with me,' adding things had been 'great' and they were going to therapy.
'I have been so easy and accommodating. I don't have the energy to argue with anybody,' Lewis added.
'Whatever happens with he and I, it is because of the relationship that I did the extraordinary amount of therapy I did. I'm very grateful,' he said.
'However, when you have a couple and somebody's doing all the work and somebody's growing and the other person isn't ... the other person's either gotta step it up or you gotta split up,' Lewis added.
