The House is likely to vote Wednesday to impeach President Donald Trump for inciting an insurrection at the Capitol as Congress met on Jan. 6. The historic vote would mark the first time a U.S. president has faced impeachment charges twice during their term.

Conor McGregor has blasted Khabib Nurmagomedov for 'scurrying away' from a potential rematch by announcing his retirement.
McGregor and Khabib met in 2019 at UFC 229, where the Russian won in the fourth round by submission.
He has since retired from the sport, having defended his lightweight belt twice against Dustin Poirier and Justin Gaethje.
There was the chance that both McGregor and Khabib would both be on Fight Island this weekend, with The Notorious set to take on Poirier as he makes his first appearance in the octagon in a year.
However, with Khabib's cousin Umar having his fight moved forward, that is no longer the case - though that did not stop McGregor from having a pop at his old foe.
'He's looking like an elephant, he's looking like a little fat elephant,' he told The MacLife Youtube channel.
'How he can walk away at this stage is baffling to me but each to their own, there are so many amazing fights out there.
'Even the Tony [Ferguson] fight... I don't care about nothing, you're scheduled to fight a man and no matter what the fight must take place.
'You don't scurry away from fights but it's been a hallmark of his career; I was not surprised to see him scurry away.'
In taking on Poirier, McGregor is taking steps to reclaim his lightweight belt - which he lost to Khabib in 2018.
The Dagestani fighter is still named officially as the UFC belt holder, despite his retirement, and the Irishman admits he still has a path to tread before taking it back.
'I feel it should be but I don't think Dana is going to be bouncing in to throw me a belt straight away with the way the year has gone.
'I'm here to compete against good competition and the belts will come, maybe the next bout is fair.
'I would have liked to see it for this fight but there were circumstances around the man scurrying away; they've given him a bit of time.'

Ryan Dorsey looked visibly emotional as he visited ex-wife Naya Rivera's grave site on what would have been the late actress' 34th birthday, Tuesday.
The Glee actor, 37, arrived to Forest Lawn Cemetery in Los Angeles with five bright yellow flowers in hand, placing them inside two vases mounted beside Rivera's headstone.
After paying his respects, Dorsey uploaded a black-and-white family snapshot to Instagram, featuring himself, Rivera, and their five-year-old son Josey.
Dorsey exited the cemetery with a face mask in hand and sunglasses over his eyes.
He was married to Naya from 2014 til their divorce in 2018 and is now raising their son as a single father following her death this past July.
For Naya's birthday tribute on Instagram, Ryan penned a heartfelt caption, marveling at the gravity of the star's tragic passing.
'Just as surreal as it is real that you're gone. If that makes sense, but none of this still makes any sense…34, I could just hear you saying 'Ah, I'm old AF now!' Ha…Rest easy old lady,' he wrote.
In the black and white snap, Rivera cradles her son as Dorsey leans in and takes the picture.
The actress passed away during a boating trip with Josey on Lake Piru in Ventura County, north-east of Los Angeles.
Her body was recovered five days after she went missing and the coroner ruled her death as 'accidental drowning'.
Several former Glee stars also took to social media to remember the actress, who starred as Santana on all six seasons of the musical TV show.
Heather Morris, who played Rivera's on screen girlfriend Brittany and was a close friend of Rivera off screen, shared a photo of the two.
'Happy birthday my angel,' Morris, 33, wrote.
'I can't write a sappy monologue because it's just too hard,' she said, 'but I love you and I can't describe how much I miss you.'
Chris Colfer, who portrayed Kurt Hummel, tweeted a picture of himself with Rivera with the caption: 'Happy birthday, babe. Miss you.'
Others who shared their thoughts included Jane Lynch and Amber Riley.
Fans also got the hashtag #NayaRivera trending on Twitter as they remembered the Glee star.
'My heart aches that you are no longer here with us. Lets make this #NayaRiveraDay,' one user wrote.
'Listening to #NayaRivera's memoir on her birthday and hearing her talk about her dreams and regrets just hurts my heart,' another fan shared.
