She is said to be devastated over her lacklustre results on last week's Strictly.

But EastEnders star Maisie Smith proved herself to be determined as ever as she headed to her final rehearsals ahead of Saturday night's live shows.

The actress, 19, stepped out in a teal tracksuit, which flashed her impressive abs, while wrapping up in a white coat a week after she narrowly escaped being kicked off the show after facing off against Max George.

Maisie was flaunting the fruits of her gruelling work in rehearsals as she showcased her taut and toned stomach in the stomach-flashing jumper.

She wrapped up in a padded white coat and went for a unique choice of footwear in bright pink Crocs with Nike trainer liners worn underneath.

Her trademark flame red tresses were worn in a loose updo while she seemed to be ready for the glitz of the show with her deep tanned skin.

Her outing comes shortly after it was reported that she was left 'crying all night' after landing in the bottom two couple's during last weekend's vote.

Alongside her devoted partner Gorka Márquez, she faced off against Max and his pro partner Dianne Buswell in the dance off.

And following the close call, Maisie apparently had to be comforted by her fellow Strictly co-stars after taking the vote 'to heart'.

A source told The Sun: 'Poor Maisie has been so upset - she's been crying all night and has really taken it to heart. She's young and living away from home for the first time so it's hard on her.'

The insider went on to say that the young actress had the support of her fellow celebrity contestants and professional dancers as they attempted to cheer her up.

They added: 'The show's dancers and the other celebs have been rallying around and trying to lift her spirits.'

MailOnline have contacted Maisie's representatives for comment.

Despite earning a respectable 24 with her Cha Cha, Maisie and Gorka, 30, landed in the bottom two couples, much to the shock of viewers.

And following the result, in which the teen was saved by Craig Revel Horwood and Anton Du Beke, former Strictly pro Kevin Clifton claimed Maisie is a victim of sexism after landing in the dance-off on Sunday.

Each of the five teams on The Block walked away with a tidy profit during Sunday's finale episode.

And for three of the teams, they have Melbourne-based IT entrepreneur Danny Wallis to thank.

The CEO and managing director of DWS bought three properties for almost $12million, after having placed very generous bids on all five homes.

Danny purchased Sarah and George's property for $4,000,002, as well as Daniel and Jade's for $3.8million, and Harry and Tash's for $4million.

After Jimmy and Tam were crowned the winners, having earned an incredible profit of $966,000, host Scott Cam introduced Danny to the group.

'It's the Danny Wallis show!' Scott announced, referencing the huge amount of cash the wealthy businessman dropped in just one day.

'All the houses are great, even the ones I didn't buy, Danny playfully told the group.

He later admitted in a piece to camera that it had been 'a busy day' and an 'expensive day'.

Danny certainly has the cash to splash, with the ASX (stock exchange) reporting in February that his company DWS saw its revenue increase by one per cent to $83million, in the half-year ending December 2019.

One of his purchases is for a worthy cause, with news.com.au reporting that Danny plans on donating Daniel and Jade's home to the My Room Children's Cancer Charity.

Daniel and Jade announced in a promotional video for the show earlier on in the year, that part of the reason they signed on was to support their daughter Isla.

'For us, The Block's massive because we have a daughter who has a chromosome disorder — she's one of eight in the world to have this disorder,' Jade explained.

'With that financial support Isla can get any extra help that she needs.'

Danny is a familiar face at The Block auctions, including last year where he not only placed a bid on all five properties but also purchased Mitch and Mark's for $3.374million.

He also purchased one of the properties in the 2012 season for $1.4million.
